Hi All, I'm going to replace the starter motor on my 2.0 tdi B7 this Sunday and the Haynes manual hasn't shown up yet. Can anyone loosely describe the operation for me? I.e. Where the thing is actually located and if it's easier to remove from the top or bottom, etc. Thanks in advance.

    Hi!

How did you get on with this?
I'm trying to do mine at the moment and really struggling with access to the bolts!

    Cheers
