    Hi All

This is 2nd post on this subject.

For no explicable reason, the rain sensing element of my wipers (2001 Bora) has stopped working.

Normal constant operation is fine as is wash/wipe, but when set to intermittent (rain sensing) wipers just wipe once then stop. If sensitivity control is adjusted, then they wipe once again then stop.

Tried changing relay for normal intermittent one and they work, but there is a big delay between sweeps. New correct relay takes me back to square one

I'm probably clutching at straws here as it is possibly the sensor itself (but at £150 I'm trying all other avenues first), but it could be as simple as a fuse, but I don't know which one.

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers

    Paul

Probably a faulty sensor. PM me your email address and I will email you the test procedure.
