Hi, as per heading, when i unlock my cabby, the drivers door unlocks fine, but the passenger one needs another push on the keyfob! i dont think its an intermittent problem as it does it all the time.

Could it be something to do with the lock symbol on a plastic cover when the front door is open on the door by the lock mechanism?

Any ideas at all, it is NOT set up to lock doors at 15mph if that has any resemblance.

Ok, Thanks Chris, thinking about it i assume its a safety feature to stop some scumbag getting in your passenger side and nicking your phone / handbag or whatever......

Neat idea really, press once for drivers side only or twice for both!!

Something strange but VWs are set up that way and you can live with it but I always get niggled by the wife only parking her Bora in the garage with only her door unlocked. Also just found that the Boras mirrors both move together which is said to make it easier for change of drivers but seems daft to me

Mine has an option on the MMI to choose if one click does the drivers door or them all.
