Am I correct in thinking it's something along the lines of

    S
    SE
    SLine
    s4
    RS4?

or does the s line s4 and rs4 relate to engine/ chasis components. I know the rs4 and s4 give a wider choice of larger engines but I just want a well spec'd 1.9 tdi or 2.0tdi with problems fixed. I like my creature comforts.

Even S lines can be pretty spartan
Have you searched for 2.0 tdi engine problems?

Search google etc for audi 2.0 tdi turbo/engine/oil pressure problems, absolutely tons of info out there.
At one time there were stacks of cars parked up as there was no parts to fix them.
Personally I would avoid like the plague along with the multitronic gearbox as also cause loads of grief and empty wallets again its all on google etc
