    Hi Everyone

So while driving, the car cuts out in the middle of the road (gives some inconvenience to other drivers) while on top of that, moving the car would mean I will block the entrance to the houses (don't even ask what I had to hear from that woman !!!!!)

Anyway, RAC comes out 2nd time this week and the same fault came up Engine Speed Sensor (the car also came up with oil pressure)

I have looked this up on the euro car parts website and it seems like a connector with cable. Where is this? is this easy to change? any diagrams that could help me?

    Thanks in advance

    Adeel

It may help when posting on the forum if you had your year/transmission/engine size in your signature strip.

Also in your post also state mileage/any work recently done/length of ownership and if there are any warnings on the dash.

It removes a lot of the guesswork, and unnecessary questions being asked and you getting a quicker reply.

As I can't post links due to their content I have private messaged you them.

In the link "overview of fitting locations" , view "G28" is the engine speed sensor.

Second link has removal & fitting instructions, even though links are for an A4 2.0 TDi the engine used is the same.
