    Hi,
Does anyone know if the beam height can be adjusted on 2014 Leon Mk3 LED headlights? The length of the dipped beam is so short it's almost impossible to see further than 30 yards or so. The high beam is fine, it's just the dipped beam that's bad.

    Thanks

    Tony

Is it still under warranty? If so take it back to Seat and let them sort it.

They can be adjusted but id take it back so it can be done properly. If they are that low it sounds like a problem to me. Do they auto level when you start the car?

Took the car to the dealer and they said that the lights are fine. They hooked up the diagnostics and nothing showed up.
They didn't use to auto-level when the car was started but they do now, so maybe they reset something.
Still not very impressed with the low beam coverage, but I guess I'm going to have to live with it. Other manufacturer's LED lights seem great but I think Seat must have gone 'bargain bucket' on theirs.

Thanks for all of you who responded to my question.

    Hi,
Should the headlights do their auto-levelling thing whenever you swich them on? Mine did it once after I took the car into the dealer for them to look at them but they haven't auto'levelled since then. I'm concerned that if I take it back to the dealer again they'll just do what they did last time and tell me they are fine.

    Thanks
    Tony

Some (like my old A6 with xenons) do the levelling every time the engine is switched on not every time the lights are switched on. The lights don't have to be on to go through the levelling routine.
