How do I check injector performance

I have purchased V.C.D.S. managed to do scans & bits, but not up to full speed on everything else yet, is there an idiots guide to check the injector performance??

01- engine, measuring blocks, should be somewhere near the start of the measuring blocks.

why are you testing them btw??

Cheers Chris, getting glow plugs changed tomorrow as I have previously posted 2 are definitely not working. I am getting what appears to be a slight miss fire when starting from cold, so hopefully it will rectify itself with that, but MPG is **** poor so wanted to check if the injectors are performing properly, Struggling to get over 25 around town.
On another issue ATF change, after contacting John at Mackie transmission he has quoted £270.00 + vat for full ATF change and new sump, this after being quoted £585.00 + vat from a more local transmission specialist, so am happyish to travel from Liverpool to Glasgow, bearing in mind they are a ZF approved garage, this information has been gained totally through the members & Mod's of this forum, many thanks to you all.
