    At the moment my 2008 A6 3.0Tdi Quattro shows litres over 1000 as consumption how do I change this to show MPG I have VCDS and a little know how so can someone point me in the right direction where to change this.

    Scroll to [17] Instrument Cluster and follow the correct link for your MY.

    You need to change the coding to a country that uses L/Km.

    I thought you could change in MMI
    CAR - SETUP-SETTINGS ? Might be wrong, dunno
    NOW GONE 2007 A6 2.7TDi Avant Le Mans Edition (180)

    Mods:- ECU Remap, Rear Air Suspension, Rear Led Lights, Rear View Camera, Rear Privacy Glass, Titanium wheels, Colour Coded Fog Light Surrounds, FBMFSW, AMI, DAB, Chrome S6 pedals, Front Grille De-chrome, window surround de-chrome.

    Ah, I assumed the obvious had been tried.

    I think, but I don't have an A6 myself, that the MMI method only changes certain readings. I seem to recall reading another similar post on the subject.
