I picked up my new Audi today a 2008 a4 avant 2.0 Tri tdv multitronic s line
having never had a Audi before I know absolutely nothing about them

the problem involves the MMI panel, there is no options or menus under the car tab could it have been wiped if so how do I get it back no parking sensor either

also the Econ button remains on so no heat from the aircon how much will it cost to fix and what's involved

how ow do I find out what model etc my car is

    thanks

Ok so you have the rnse headunit. No options within the car menu is correct so nothing wrong there.

What do you mean about the parking sensors? Do they not work??

Usually the ECON button staying on means there is no gas in the system.

I thought I could have a visual image of the car sensors on the navigation plus panel ...
on the car tab all that comes up is
    sw:0650
    hw: h74
    map: 8p0919884_aa_euw

so I don't have any other settings under this tab

Not on the B7. What you're seeing is correct, there is nothing wrong with your RNSE.

Did the car come with an owner's manual?

If it did, have you read it?
