    Hi Everybody.

My partner has a 2000 (w reg) 1.4 automatic polo.
I was driving on the motorway doing around 65 mph and suddenly
the gears felt like they shifted down (speed dropped)
without taking my foot off the throttle!
Also when the car accelerates from stand still to around 20 mph the gears jump violently!
Has anyone had a problem like this?

Happened on mine and the wheels would spin! Check the gear box oil level (if you can) - mine was low.
