    Hi,

I have a Golf Mk4, the folloing warning lights have just came on the ABS and Tracion Control lights.

Does anyone know whether this is a common fault and what the possible fixes are.

I know the ABS still works as I have slammed brakes on and the wheels did not lock up into a skid.

    Any help/info would be appreciated.

    Cheers

    Chris

you need it scanned for faults, it could range anything from a wheel bearing to an abs sensor etc.

Hello Chris, there are several possible faults that could cause the warning lights to come on so you'd have to get the trouble codes read to give you a clue what the problem is.
Here is a map showing forum members who have VCDS and who might be willing to get the trouble code for you. See if there is anyone is in your area : https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer...a=0&dg=feature

    Regards.

    Jim.
