Advanced key????

Does anyone know can u get the advanced key programmed into a car that doesn't have it.. I had it on my old A4 and really miss it on my A6..

Don't think you can - there are some missing hardware modules (probably the extra antennas etc.).

Splash and I tried it with VCDS on my allroad and had no joy.

Its probably possible but requires a number of other parts and sensors for the door handles etc. won't be cheap.

As M1tchy says, not cheap (but not many retrofits are!) - Retrofit Kit : AUDI A6 4G / A7 4G / A8 4E KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM COMFORT CONTROL RETROFIT KIT GENUINE

Looks like you need 4 sensors, two new aerials and a new comfort control module. Installation would take a while as you've got to take all four doors apart.
