Music on SD Card not reading every song.

Hi Guys

Hope someone can help? Im new to the Audi family so go easy.

I've saved my music to an SD card for playback, however when inserted in the car only a few songs can be played. most are "greyed out" and won't play.

It seems random.

Used iTunes to save the tracks but also just cut and pasted them to the card, both give the same results.

Even some songs from one album won't play but some will.

Am I doing something wrong??

by the way I have an A4 2009 S Line 2.0TDI with Audi Symphony system (no SatNav) if it helps.

Do you know what format your music is in? If its all the same then I have no idea and especially as some off the same CD arent working it seems random.

All would be M4a format, none burned directly from CD.
