    Had to read the OP twice, WOW!
    I once did a head gasket on a fiat uno that had leaked water into 1 cyl, nice and shiny steam cleaned in that one cylinder. Doesn't sound too promising for this PD tho.

    Don't believe I hydrolocked the motor as it never stalled and spray was a mist. Just has no bottom end grunt like it had. Had a 2 stroke motor hydrolick many years ago so I now what it feels like.

    Catalytic converter could now be damaged and choking the engine. Hope you get it sorted.

    They don't always hydrolock sometimes they bend a rod or 2, you need to get the head off

    The 130 has big chambers in the top of the pistons so hopefully you haven't bent a rod. But I would suggest looking at the little pipes for a vacuum leak and make sure the boost pipes are on correctly.
    You need to use vcds and log boost pressure to ensure the turbo is working correctly.
    Also you can take a look at the injected quantity and see how much out each cylinder is.
    Next time just put millers additive in the fuel every fill up and clean the EGR by hand.
