    Hi all,

Was wondering if anybody could shed some light on an issue I'm having with my RNS-E.

Unit was retro-fitted before I purchased it, great that I don't have to pay for a unit but not so great that I'm not sure what was done and what wasn't!

Everything seems to work as intended, displays info on DIS etc however the brightness seems quite low and the control in the menu's doesn't do anything at all.

Does something need coding with VAG-COM or has something not been connected up right?

Should be a plug n play, I didn't have any issues with mine when retrofitting so may be an issue with the screen on the unit itself?
