If I help them keeping in the side rubber/beed they are closing fine. What is the cure for them?
    .
Have never heard or read of this before on the forum, I would suspect that having covered 26k+ miles per annum it was a reps car and that the rear windows may never have been used before?

Naturally the person you bought it from was probably aware

I have figured it out what have caused it. Today it was all fine so I did not get why were the windows doing that on the back. I have realized that the car wasn't in level when it happened. My drive way to the house is steep enough and the car was nose pitch up on the drive way. This way the windows are tilting backwards when they are closing and causing this to happen. If the car is in level or nose pitch down everything is fine. It is a really strange thing but I'm glad that I don't need to take the door cards off to fix it.

Does anybody suggest a cheap source for a VAG-COM set which would be compatible with C6 series 2010?

Of course you could just leave the windows shut and not use them but it's not difficult to remove the door trim and if necessary the complete window frame to investigate why the glass is loose. Provided you have somewhere to work under cover that is.

I think I will leave it like that as it is fine as long as the car is not on steep uphill position. Although I would be curious if somebody would check to see if it is happening with another car as well?!

Well! I might have a look if it is still doing it, although I'm a little bit surprised that both sides are doing it.
