service reset on polo 53 reg

hi guys, was wondering if anyone knows how to reset the service indicator on my 53 reg polo. its defininently done by the trip button as the vw dealers did it for me last time (paid them £232 for an oil service).

would really appreciate it if anyone has any information.

Hi there, just reset mine yesterday. Turn off the ignition, push & hold the trip button & while pushed turn on the ignition. hold the button for approx 10 seconds & the service warn will reset for another 10,000miles. Good luck !
