Car is 13 plate 2.0 TDI 5D Hatch 150 SE, Just bought it from JCT 600 Sheffield (used with 18,000 miles on clock) . Light came on Saturday, No loss in power , still starts OK.

Local VW garage say nothing to worry about - its booked in for this Wednesday.

Its had a good blast on way back from Sheffield and used everyday since.

    What would cause it ?

Never had it on any of my Mark 6 diesels (all 140 Se 2.0 TDI's)

    Thanks

    Warning lights : Volkswagen UK

Sounds like the DPF light - click the relevant symbol on the above link and follow the procedure listed.

Considering selling my VCDS KEY-USB interface. If you're interested please contact me via PM or email.
