Can anyone reccomend anywhere thats good for chipping a car ,i want to do my 2001 Passat 1.9 TDI Sport and theres a few questions i'd like answered.I
've seen places on the net that will do it for £80 and i've also seen places that charge £500 now thats a big difference so i want to take it to the right place to get it done properly.
How much will the BHP go up to
Will fuel economy be any different
Can the engine get damaged cos youre making it quicker
Can you actually feel a difference in the power
Is there anything visible to see or can you not tell it's been done
And finally is it worth it getting it done?

Ask Chip&Spin on here they do good rates and are fully recommended.

The £80 units are not that great they fool the engine into putting in more fuel to gain power, not the best solution.

A good remap will take your current car and tune it bespoke to your engine to get the best results.
