    Default just picked up my A5 and the emission control light is on... – 27-12-2014,09:54 PM
    Hi guys, I've just picked up my A5 (Quattro 2.0 TDI) and driven it home with no issues. However i've just been sitting in it on the drive to try and get my head around the mmi etc and i noticed the yellow emission control light is on before the car starts up, it turns off when i start the engine. Is this something to be concerned about?

    That's normal. You only have a problem if the light doesn't go off when you start the car.

    Thank you sir, It's the first time i've ever put 30k down on a car so im a little nervous right now haha
