    Hi All

Newbie here. Have a 2007 Audi S5. Came with the Audi MMI 2G.

Did the Audi MMI 2G Software Update today from version 4160 to 5570. I was hoping this would fix some minor bugs I had with my iPhone 4S (v7.1.2), particularly a flakey bluetooth connection (after about 30 mins via the bluetooth telephone it just crashes and doesn't come back on). Usually the next day, it comes back on, but crashes again. I also have iTune2air which works without any problems and never crashes, its only the bluetooth telephone via my iPhone that seems to crash. It picks up the device without any problems, though it does sometimes take a while to recognize the device.

    To summarise my install/Update:
    CD1 installed OK
CD2 had errors - I tried reloading several times and it stated the device has not been selected (I think it refers to the "handyvorb2 device)
    CD3 installed OK

During the CD2 install there seemed to be a problem, my bluetooth telephone is not working at all now, I have tried reloading CD2, but states no device selected ( I think it refers to handyvorb2). Should I have selected before CD1 install? How can I start the process again? Screen shots attached.

When I go to pre conditions and try to select boot loader or application loader on the handyvorb2 device, it doesn't allow me to check the box...
I am on version 5570 now, but with no bluetooth telephone via my iPhone! I have no idea how to restart the install, or go back to factory settings (I tried this through setup, selected MMI, Reset to factory default), but software is still version 5570.
I am beginning to resign myself to the fact I may have a faulty bluetooth module, so just needed to know if there was anything I could do from a software perspective to resolve this?

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Jib
