    Default vcds fault code – 11-07-2014,07:03 PM
    I have a fault code on my A3 Audi that won't clear :-1 Fault Found:
    00858 - Connection; Radio Intermediate Frequency (IF) Output to Antenna Amplifier 007 - Short to GroundYet i find no problems with my radio reception.Has anyone had this and/or knows exactly what the cause is??

Possible Symptoms

    Radio Tuner not working 

Possible Causes

    Wiring/Connectors from/to Antenna Amplifier faulty
    Antenna Amplifier faulty 

Possible Solutions

    Check Wiring/Connectors from/to Antenna Amplifier
    Check Measuring Value Blocks (MVB)
    Check Antenna Amplifier
