I am thinking the bore sizes will be different but could maybe get a reducer or adapter made ?

Ye i know i need a new diffuser but just wondered wether it will fit i have found one for sale for 140 quid which i think is fairly cheap so wondered if i should buy it and put it on or pay 400 and get a full stainless cat back

Also worth remembering the system has two parts, one for each cylinder bank. So just to clarify the right exhaust pipe you are currently missing goes directly to the right cylinder bank and doesn't join the left side
