climatic control problem

Can anyone help, my Mark IV golf tdi 130 climatic control has stopped working i think, it flashes all the features ie the display ones, when you turn on ignition, but then nothing happens, you get the display showing normal but there is no heater working. manual suggests dealership??
Anyone got any ideas whats wrong with it

Get it read for faults, see the vagcom subforum for someone who could help near you.

Check fuses, i think the one thats protecting the blower is shot !

Mate your air con needs recharged, you need to bring it back to VW
