3.0 tdi engine management light!!!

Hi all,


I am new to the world of forums so bare with me...


I own a Audi Q7 2007 3.0 v6 120,000 miles and it's driving me up the wall, the engine management light is on but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the car, these are the codes I have...


P2425 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooling Valve Control Circuit/Open




P2011 - Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit Bank 2.




I have so far changed the the rods for the swirl flaps (this didn't work)
I then bought a new intake manifold fitted it and the fault is still there!! I'm avoiding going to the garage with it as I've shelled out enough on the car over the years, any help guys???

Yeah I've checked mate, the one thread reference EGR doesn't give a solution and the other mentions the fault relating to the throttle body to which I'm not getting a fault for. I originally thought the faults were related to the swirl flaps as it seems to be common, I replaced them still got the fault, I then replaced intake manifold bank 2 with a new swirl flap motor... Problem still there
