    He has a 150 so that is irrelevant.

    (You won’t get any more from re-mapping a 180 than you will a 150; they will both come out at circa 190/200.)

    150 goes to about 195

    180 goes to about 215.

    A 150 BHP & 180 BHP engine would give you 220 BHP.

    I went from 168 BHP to 208 BHP (+40 BHP Gain)

    So if it was putting out 180 BHP you could get 210 Easily.

    Without extras such as exhaust/high-flow cat etc, much more than 200bhp is pushing the standard turbo too much.

    Correct, you don't really want to be going over 50hp with the 1.8T engine, you could, but not advisable.

    My opologies, i thought the engines were the same setup with different maps on them.
