A4 2.0 TDI - Engine Rattle on Start up

Hello

I have an issue with my 2007 A4 2.0 TDI

Sometimes when I start it there this horrible raddle and judder from the engine and it doesn’t fire up. Sounds like the engine is falling apart.

Now I have taken it in to Audi for a health check for this issue, and they came back and said it was a injector fault, This has been fixed and car returned with no more engine issues.

But it is still sporadically doing this rattle / judder on start up.

Is this a common thing and do people know what causes it, if Audi can’t pick up any more faults?

Check that the anti shudder valve is not sticking closed
