    Default Oil Pressure Switch 2.5tdi (AFB) – 15-09-2007,10:52 PM
    Hi everyone, can anyone guide me to where the Oil Pressure Switch is for the A6 2.5 tdi (1999) AFB engine? I have a bad oil leak just behind the alternator, and think that this may be the oil pressure switch. Thanks.

    If you follow the pipe from the output at the bottom of the filter bracket, that pipe goes to a casting into which an oil pressure switch and and oil temp sensor are mounted. If you email me I send you the drawing. info@3DAssociates.co.uk Regards Peter

    Hi Peter, I have just sent you an email - please pass on the drawings. I'm not sure if this is anywhere the alternator side of the engine though? I'll check it out when I know where to look. Thanks.
