Hi, do you think i could repair my diamond cut 18" alloys myself as all the laquer has come off and lots of kerb damage would it be a case of sanding them down with different grades of sand paper finishing off with 1200 grit?

don't really want to spend £80 a wheel. i got time on my hands

Search for renovating alloys... There is a chap who will do the full set for around £160 per set on here...

I tried sanding it down and it looks rubbish. Is it possible to paint them instead of trying to get the diamond cut finish back?
