I bought an Audi A3 2009 plate (8P2 chassis) I want to fit an after market head unit (double din) to it.
    Alpine CDE-W235BT (//http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product_m-alpine-cde-w235bt_p-27486.htm)

After removing the original OEM Chorus unit, I have found I have a quadlock connection

    and an antenna i think.

The Car has no amp according to audi when I phoned them. Only two front door speakers, No Cd changer and No Steering wheel controls.

So my question is, I'm unsure what adapter I need in order to connect the unit to the car. Quadlock to ISO?

    Thanks.

Correct, you'll need a Quadlock to ISO adapter.

Could you recommend a part number? As I'm confused about which one I'd need? and would I have to wire it to an ignition wire/switch? thanks

You may have to run one of the wires to an ignition switched source as the original radio uses canbus to switch on and off from memory.
