You should try dealing with the service people, especially when it is a problem with a part you have bought from TPS! I know it must be irritating having to deal with something they have not sold but it is their job as set out by VAG UK but Christ do they make your life hell!

No idea, I have no complaints with the sales nor service (bar some miscommunication), maybe down to the dealership/group.

Also, they do the s line for £24730 or £24860 for the s line ultra so you must really want it in quartz to pay that for a used one
drive the deal is 26,166 plus the 655 for paint option (not my preferred colour but for silver or blue metallic).. for the auto compared with the 23990 from the dealer plus i was hoping to get something knocked off that ....so it s a saving of roughly 3000 to4000 to get a one yr old car with 12000 on the clock compared to brand new . well it would be if audi sales people would get back to me..... lol

Horses for courses I suppose I would rather have a manual in black/white than a year old auto in a specific colour and 12000 on the clock. The ultra with s tronic DSG is £26098 which might be a better option… unless you prefer the multitronic? I’m also fairly sure you would recoup the extra few thousand when it comes to selling a car that’s a year younger with one owner from new and 12000 less on the clock

If you have a trade in you could maybe consider selling it privately to cover the difference instead of taking trade price?

Go for the S Tronic. He's right. Might even give better MPG than the Multitronic too.

I wasn't overly impressed when buying my last audi. Never got an update, rarely ever responded to my calls. So tried texting a few times, still no replies! Even tried email but I'm guessing he never knew where the reply button was! Not the most pleasant experience.

I would have thought when spending the best part of £50k - I'd get a better service. Having said that, the day picking up the car was much better -so slightly redeemed himself!
