    hi I have a 2009 audi a4 tdi cr sline 143 caga yesterday whie drving the gear select (manual) seem to be loose going into gear and noisey going into different gears the clutch seems ok only done 27000miles had a quick look today and everything seems fine underneath ?any ideas the gear stick seems a lot looser than before as was always quiet stiff?????

    The same thing happened to me. My was under warranty so Audi fixed it. I would take it to Audi or an Indy to get it checked.
    2009 A4 Avant 3.0Tdi Quattro.

    They replaced the gear stick and all was well
    2009 A4 Avant 3.0Tdi Quattro.

    If by loose you mean you're having trouble finding gears I'd be looking at the gear linkage first...
