    Hi Ash,

I had to remove my bumper some time ago, if I remember correctly, it wasn't that hard at all!

The first step is to unclip the front grill. It is held on by 3-4 clips, which are easly undone with a flathead screwdriver. I think with the grill removed, there were 4 10mm bolts in view, I removed these and I think there were a few clips and maybe another bolt or two at either end of the bumper.

I'm no mechanic, but I still managed to figure it out, so trust me when I say, its not that hard a job .

I'm sure some of the other guys will have a better more descriptive answer for you but good luck anyway!

    Pernic

    Hi Ash,
Had mine off a few weeks ago, basically as Pernic said, but the metal cross member behind the bumper may also need replacing, mine did but was only about a tenner from the scrapyard.
Its only held on by about 4 bolts so is easy enough if it needs doing.
