I'm wondering if anyone has taken on a '12 months free' deal from Phone Box Direct before

has anyone had any problems getting their cash back etc.?

I have no experience of this company but I have read various comments from users at moneysavingexpert.

Phone Box Direct is a big No No according to most people there and their personal experiences.

Safe bets for cash back are the companies part of CarPhone Warehouse
CPW
e2save
OneStopPhoneShop

That's not to say that other such as Dial-a-fone etc are any worse.

my last contract was from a carphone warehouse company and didn't have too much problems. So I'll stick with the safe bet. Thanks.

Would'nt touch carphone warehouse at all with the hassle i've had with them this week (sorting out someone else's problem) can't explain any further as the swear filter would break and i'd get told off.

I always go direct to the network.

Most of the companies you see on the web are in fact carephone warehouse.

I had one from e2save, had the cashback and as long as you follow their simple instructions then you get sent the cheques as promised.

I set a calendar reminder to post the relevant phone bill off to them.

Out of the companies that are available Vodafone and Orange put the most cash back into improving their own network.

Also with Orange you get a £30/ month contract and you get free 8Mb broadband for free
