cd error problem

Cd player in car was working fine. now everytime I try to play a cd, it says 'cd error' on the screen and wont play the cd, I have tried numerous different cds, originals and copied cds, all get same result. stereo is a single din concert.

Laser, it's probably cheaper these days to get a replacement unit.
