    Hi...where is OBDII connector in Passat TDI 130 (2003)?

    I would first take a peek under your steering wheel area and see if there's some cubby hole / pulldown flap, and you might discover the 16 pin OBDII port.

    All I have to go on is a picture of the wiring loom and the connector is in a similar position to mine.

    This might help - this is on a LHD car, so check the opposing side for you.
