    hi

    my audi a4 b8 has now done 82000 miles, should i get my glow plugs replaced, the car takes longer in the cold mornings to start-up ( i have replaced the battery recently)

    any advise please do let me know.

    When you say longer...you do know they will take longer the colder it it is? You sure it's not just a coincidence the weather has been colder?

    like 10-15 second longer then before , its like the car is struggling to start up but that only happened this morning, in the evening started ok.

    Mine occasionally takes a wee bit longer to start when it is colder; if I were you, I'd hold off and see what happens when the weather improves.

    can be just down to the cold weather, but i also have a bmw 320d and that starts up straight away, but the audi is taking longer than usual, so that why i was asking if i should replace the glow plugs.
