    Hi
Audi A6 3.0 tdi March 13 build with MMI plus
i did not specify wifi, so can anyone enlighten me about this? If I select this, I'm asked for a pass code (usual ones eg 0000 don't work. The number is the last few digits of the VIN.
    Just curious....

You'll find the password (or be able to set / reset it) in the MMI options under telephone / data.

This will then allow devices in teh car to connect to the car's wifi network (WLAN) and use either the in dash sim or the rsap phone to access the internet.

Press tel then settings and the password for the wifi is in there. You may not have spec'ed it but might have come as part of a pack or something like that. On your dash there will be a button that says open with 2 SD card slots in it, if there is a SIM card slot you have wifi as well.
