    Hello all,

    Good to join this forum - been an avid fan of VW and audis since I got my licence in 1994.

    VW-Audi-Ography:

    Polo
    Scirocco
    VW golf Mk1 GTi
    VW Mk2 Cabrio
    VW Mk2 Gti 16v
    Passat
    Audi Cabrio
    Aug07 - Audi A6 2.4v6

    My question is this, can anyone help with a source for chromeing the side windows, or is the only place to go to the dealership? Currently I only have the nasty rubber.

    I tried searching the forum but couldn't find anything on the topic.

    Look forward to some replies.

    You can buy chroming tape on e-bay. It isn't too dear.

    I can't seem to find it, only grill tape.

    Any sources where I can find it?
