I want to install a Cruise Control in my 2006 A3 it has a MFSW and steering wheel control module
    part number 8P0 953 549 F

i have age taken pictures of the wiring plug which goes in the back of the module and appears to have a black and white cable in connector chamber 13 already.

Is my car already prewired so I would not need to fit a retro control cable ??

i can source a genuine retro fit cruise control.

what coding will it require ??? (I have access to vagcom)

Only coding you need is to enable CC in the engine module and the steering control unit.

It's pretty simple to do yourself, just a M12 spline and a t9 torx bit you might need to buy.

Gen Audi Cruise Control Fitted yesterday took about half an hour as control wire already factory fitted.

Pluged in Vag Com then enabled CC in the engine module and the steering control unit.

Works fine green light on dash when active.

Excellent stuff on the install, those are the same bits I used but when they had them cheaper a couple of years ago.
