New owner of a 1981 Audi 80 1.6 Auto

Ive recently got my hands on a 1981 80 its in need of work mainly cosmetic but its running vw g60s banded with lupo front coilovers and golf rears so its slammed.
Ive changed the rear brake slave cylinders as one exploded so replaced both sides, its been De-choked so is automatic now but its hard to get going on a cold morning plenty of revs needed.
I chose this site to join as it was top of Google and i always like to hear peoples views and thoughts.
I wanted to know how many parts this 1981 Audi shares with its newer models, brake components, exhaust, service parts etc. Its carburettor run and smells lovely and sounds amazing!
Wheres the best place to get spares from apart from eBay?

welcome. very cool, a b3 shape then, very nice. i have had 2 of those many years ago, one was a 1.8 sport. wish i still had that now. anyway, pics are required.
best place for parts, gsf or ecp, or just you local factors but always try the main dealer first. most bits will still be available from them.

Its a b2 apparently lol. Old x reg. And thanks for the welcome. My mates a part of the dub scene and i went to bugjam at pod last year and I was hooked on low n slow. Perfect car now lol.
