    As far as I can see, the door inlays just pop out?

    The mmi surround however, I cant see how it comes out, any ideas?

    They pop out, mmi console requires further dismantling.

    I still have your email address from the other day so I'll send you the instructions to take it apart

    MMI is easy to remove,

    1, pull the leather Gator up,
    2, pull up,the gear indicator panel and unplug
    3, pull up the MMI surround and unplug

    The rest is easy

    It's only the standard Audi inlays, the wrap was going to be £100, so got q7parts to sort a set for £140.
