Audi 2005 a6 navigation fitting

Ive just bought a 2005 audi a6 2.7tdi when i press the navigation button the screen says navagtion not installed. The car only has a 6 disc changer there is no sd slots or multmeadia drive in the glove box or boot. Is it possible to fit a multimeadia drive and how much work is it to fit one.

Remember any TomTom or Garmin will be better than any Audi nav 2g so consider this instead.

I assume you have the colour screen above the centre airvents?

Hi yes its the colour screen im new to all this mmi setup so just getting my head round it as when i bought the car was told it just needed the sat nav disc but theres no multimedia drive so im guessing its never had it fitted as theres no spare cables there either.
