No Free Servicing - even though I was told

If they are using paperwork to advise you cant have free servicing, then vice versa you could also do the same, I would challenge them about this, as it is documented as having cruise.

When my A6 went in for its last service the dealer wanted £360... i said this one is free with Audi finnace... the rep checked on the computer and yes, it was free... happy days. It should be all on the computer.

it's not though because the dealer is claiming it wasn't part of my deal. I have no paperwork either to prove otherwise.

I thought the free service was a standard thing with Audi approved cars..... I got one and so did a friend who bought an A3... I think he got two free... git

not yet - was going to anyway to enquire how long I have after my car says "Service Due" to service my car without invalidating warranty.

Will ask them the question too.
