Looking at buying a second hand B7 what if anything to look out for

Hello there, I am thinking of buying a 2011 Passat estate 1.6 blue motion sport. The car has 57K miles on it from the pics it looks well on the outside but inside the drivers seat looks like it could do with a clean.

Is there anything in particular that I need to look out for in or out?

this is to replace my B5.5 passat since she is getting on a bit.

Any information before I go to view on Saturday will be most welcome.

I had a look at the car and the only thing that is concerning me is that both front head light where the indicators are have condensation in them. I'm not sure if this is due to the car been standing a while and the fact it's winter time.

Any way that is the only thing wrong with it everything else is fine so I have put a deposit down on it and just waiting for my finance to come though and then I can go and pick it up.
