Right so we are nearly at the Merry time and a nice break from work. Have bought copious amounts alcohol in all it's varieties.

So what's everyones must have drunk food item? The wronger they are the better!

It doesn't have to be Christmas themed food, but since they'll be much more drunkage at this time, I'm sure a Chrimbo confection suggestion (I'm not sure anyone could say that at said time lol), would be appreciated.

For me? Does, Vodka ice cubes count?

    Seriously, try this.

Bread, cheese (very thin slices for me), tomato (salted if you like), onion and a splash of vinegar. Trust me, it's awesome.

Nice cheese and some posh pickle,

Cranberry muffins from Costco with that crystalised sugar they have on top.

Have a Merry Christmas everyone. Not necessary in this order....but quite likely lol.

P.S. I'm sure it doesn't need saying but please, leave the cars keys in the drawer if your having a single drink. Or get a missus who doesn't drink like I've done! No, you can't have mine, find your own! NO

After a few I like a salad sarnie; cheese, ham, lettuce, tomatoe, onion, a squidge of salad cream (not mayo) and a good shake of black pepper.

I like to think of it as a ploughmans!

Salad cream is as 70's as Instant Whip.

Much nicer than 'mayo' that is cack.

Also been known to crack the lid off a tin of baked beans and eat them cold out of the tin cold. Lush!

Cold sausage, bacon & black pudding leftover from that morning's breakfast. Either in a roll or just piled up together on their own.

Well in that case, pate on crackers, crisps/nuts, taramasalata in grilled pitta bread, tinned spaghetti heated up & poured over cold cheese on toast - but if all else fails & the cupboards are almost bare, there's always handfuls of Frosties straight from the box.
