It has been around for a few years - you punch in your reg (BU11 OCK in my case) and it shows you were speeding - it's broken now but it used to show a town and a few other made up details to make it look more authentic.

I'ts been around for a few years, and it sort of still works. It's missing the date and stuff, but it says my made up registration was photographed in a town nearby (near to my IP address). When you click the 'view picture', it shows you a funny face with a message saying "You've been set up"
