Came from an ep3 (that's a honda type r to you guys) to my s4 - to be fair is was a bombproof and solid car - shame most of the owners fall into the DSW category though, they all crave attention and ask for opinions on everything - when an opinion or idea is provided that conflicts with their predetermined one they go off the deep end

Seems pretty standard these days - shame really as the car was very good and dare I say one of my favourites that I have owned in 21 years of driving

Had a Civic 1.6i-VT years back (the Type-R's Grandaddy!), fitted a JDM LSD and thrashed the nuts off it ofr 8 1/2 years. Best fun car I ever owned and absolutely bomb-proof.

Can't comment on the current crop of Hondas (they seem to have gone all 'Toyota' and dull), but back then you just couldn't break them.

Terrified? You've obviously never been in a Polonez with a Fiat 131 engine in it at speed.

Let's not even talk about the Renault 5 GT Turbo that lasted approximately 3 hours from the point I bought it back in the 90's

I am thinking it was lucky the turbo exploded so it didn't have time to kill me

Now who's swearing FSO Polonez , torture on wheels

Another scary one was the (thankfully) not very rapid Skoda Rapid coupe. Then there was an Austin A35 van that my uncle installed a V6 3.0 Ford granada engine into. Shame he never upgraded the non servo drum brakes all round or the neigh on usless lever arm shockers. It almost lasted a year before ending up in the ditch, best place for it really
