Audi a3 53 reg 2.0 fsi jumping/jerking when accelerating??

Hi!
I recently got my lovely, red audi a3 2 litre fsi. I love it! It was completely perfect... But about a month ago it started jumping with my engine management light coming on?
Its only when I accelerate heavily, but it's severe jerking and almost like it jumps back.

I took it it to my local garage, they said I had a hole in the vacuum hose and the wrong spark plugs, they changed it all, did a full service and said it was fixed, the next day it did it again.
I then took it back, they said "it's the ignition coils" and changed them. It's been fine for a few days, but it did it again earlier.

I'm reluctant to take it back to the garage, as I'm 20 and a girl, they seem to take me for a ride every time (my previous car (landrover freelander 1.8 petrol) had a blocked thermometer, they told me the head gasket had gone, and tried to charge me £700 to replace it).

So my question is... What is wrong with it?? I'm driving it like a nun to stop it jerking, but I didn't buy a fast car to drive slow! There's absolutely no hesitation in it, and this is the only thing that's gone wrong with it. I love it to pieces but it's starting to make me dread driving it!

Have you rang Audi Customer Services to see if there is a recall on the coil packs? 0800 699 888

I've had the coil packs replaced (bought from euro car parts), they're all brand new.

Yeah but Audi are replacing them free of charge. May aswell check anyway.

Would they still replace them on an old audi? It's 10 years old and done 98k miles :/

100% yes if the car is part of the recall.
