    hello all last night some one decided to key my car am going to book it in with local vw dealer for respray.
    has any one had there car resprayed with vw did the colour match and was the repair invisable???

    If caught they should be executed on the spot. Some of my customers have had terrible problems with VW body shops, especially one in particular in Nottingham. As your car will be under the three year paintwork warranty still, you should use a VAG approved paint shop.

    was going to have it done in nottingham can you tell me what dealer your friend used so i can avoid useing them.

    If it is minor key damage I suggest contacting a company called Auto Restore, We use them at work for minor damage. They are not a smart repairer.

    They are awesome, will do it on site at home or address. and give you life time ownership warranty.

    might save you few quid from stealkers

    if that's what you're after mate, and you need to keep it to VW warranty, it's going to be a VW approved or main dealer for the work.

    either way, it's going to cost you a small fortune.
